We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions below to enable you to find answers quickly and easily.

When is payment taken if I order something?
Payments details will be confirmed by your account manager when setting up your account. For your first three D2F orders we require a 50% deposit with the outstanding balance due prior to delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit cards and Bacs payments. If you need any further assistance regarding payments please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or email.
Are D2F Kitchens sold with a guarentee?
At D2F we pride ourselves on being able to sell our cabinets with a 10 year manufacturing guarentee.
Do the units come rigid built?
All units are rigid built at our 11,000 sq ft factory and come supplied with Blum Soft close hinges and antaro white drawer boxes as standard.
What construction type with my kitchen be in?
There is the option of two different construction types, cam and dowel and glue and dowel, please specific at time of order which one you would prefer, if not specified glue and dowel will automatically be selected.
How will my order be delivered?
All D2F units come rigid built, with doors and drawer fronts supplied seperately.
What are your delivery days?
At D2F we are able to deliver weekdays only. As an alternative you can arrange a collection from our Worsley branch Monday – Friday between 9am and 4pm. Please make us aware if you require a collection / delivery prior to completing your order.
What if I need to rearrange my delivery/collection date?
We will require 48 hours notice to make any amendments to your delivery/collection date, although we will try our best to meet your request. Please be aware that some circumstances may prevent us from being able to change your delivery date but we may be able to offer you an alternative solution. Please note if you order is delayed for more than 5 working days D2F will charge a holding fee for the storage of your order.
I’ve made a mistake on my order, what can I do?
Your order will have a production date stated, once passed this date it will be too late to cancel any items after this point and you will remain liable for the full costs. Additions to an order can be made at any time. Where possible we will send additional units/items with the original order, please note this will not always be possible. All additions must be ordered online and any cancellations must be confirmed in writing via an email to our sales team.
