Delivery information

All delivery costs will be displayed prior to your order confirmation / Payment. D2F require all orders to be checked and signed for upon delivery of all goods. All items must be checked carefully at the time of delivery with any damages or faulty items reported within 24 hours of delivery, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Please make sure to take any necessary arrangements to protect both your flooring and walls prior to delivery arriving. As D2F no responsibility for damages to your delivery address.

To Ensure the safty of our driver we require them to wear safety footware at all times. Upon delivery you are required to have at least one able bodied person on site to assist in unloading your delivery from the van. Please note all D2F Deliveries are ground floor drops only.
